Exchange Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. We do not offer an exchange after 30 days of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or Proof of Purchase (eg. Tax Invoice and / or Card / Bank Statement). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pens@tafts.com.au and send your item to: 259 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000, Australia.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed promptly and you will be notified of the shipment of exchanged goods.

Gifts

If the item is a gift our policy requires Proof of Purchase (eg. Tax Invoice and / or Card / Bank Statement) in order to facilitate an exchange.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 259 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
